Hello Friends,
For our benefits I am posting a step by step method to Publish Books in Amazon Kindle.
Hope it might useful for you..
1. Login to kdp account
2. On the page login in top there will be some headings like profile, bookshelf, report, community..
3.Just click on bookshelf
4.There a screen will open with some options one by one you have to fill it.
5.First option will be upload the document..- There you have to upload the document which you are going to publish in kindle. The document should be in the supported format which they have asked.
6. Then it goes for cover pic - you can choose the available pic or else your own cover pic for the book.
7. Then the titile, age group, author name, story description.
8.Then the criteria means The genre on which the book is like romance, fiction, general, classic etc.. options will be available you can choose according to your book.
9.Then other option - the book should pre ordered or after publishing it can be available the option to be choosed according to your convenience.
10. Then it goes for the option kdp select 90 day program to be enrolled. It is done for the benefit of royalites and free promotions in amazon type thing ( I think so, but I am not sure. Just read that carefully and go for it.)
11.Then pricing according to your market place - where the more this book is been read - you have to choose that market place - prior market only you have to choose others it will be calculated by itself. Example - Indian Market, US Market, Australia, Canada like that.
12. On this itself how much royalty you'll be getting is been shown - You can check that while pricing there is royalty option of 35% and 70% in which one you should go you have to decide.
13. Finally the book is ready for publishing in kdp.
14. Just click on publish amazon will say it needs to review your book and it will be published in 72 hours but in real it comes within 24 hours if everything is good. The next day you can check it in your kindle app or in email.
Kindly make a note By doing all this step in down save as draft will be there till you publish your book just ensure to save it often. So that you can do it where you left.
